Fall Registration

Dynamo will start to use a new database system this summer to facilitate our online registration process and to better manage all our registrations for the fall. The registration site is expected to open at the beginning of June. Please check back here for a link to our new registration site.

Field safety and conduct for parents and coaches

Please remember in order to play safely and with due respect for our fields and philosophy:

Keep 3 Green Sand bags on the backs of the metal goals at all times as a precaution against tipping which can cause serious injury or death.
Keep all chairs, strollers, bikes, food and beverages off the turf field. Only water is permitted onto the field.
Overt parental involvement is strongly discouraged. Leave the kids and the referees to play the game.
Take whatever you bring to the fields home or dispose of it in the trash cans. Leave no trace.

Until further notice, Sunday games are on the grass at the Schenley oval. They will move to Wightman Field (corner of Wightman and Solway St. in Squirrel Hill), when the re-seeding project work starts. Check here for updates.

Saturday games stay on the turf all season long.

Dynamo Soccer

Pittsburgh Dynamo Youth Soccer Association is a volunteer organization that helps children from 5 to 19 to develop soccer skills. We draw players from the east end of Pittsburgh (between the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers) and some of the near-east suburbs.

Dynamo’s philosophy emphasizes development of fundamental soccer skills, knowledge of the rules of soccer, and good sporting behavior. We seek to play for fun without unnecessary pressures on our players. We do pursue success in competition only as a by-product of our approach.
